Called up with toothache, wasn't registered here, and spoke to Emma, who was extremely helpful and managed to get me signed up and registered for an appointment the same day!
When I arrived I was greeted with a massive smile from both receptionists, and the friendliness carried on through my whole time there.
...Wasn't rushed in my appointment, the dentist took his time and made sure that my tooth was better before I left, leaving me pain free very happy patient. Natalie.
I have had three visits- two planned and one unexpected. On each occasion I have been greeted by a helpful, welcoming and smiling receptionist. I have received a teeth cleaning by a highly competent, thorough and professional hygienist. My dentist was friendly but with a professional manner. Hi Chris just to say thank you for my treatment - infected root extraction. It was quick and easy I almost could say it was a pleasant experience. I did enjoy our chats too. I started my dental plan with Chris back in August to have two crowns replaced. At each step Chris explained what needed to be done which really put me at ease. I have to say I am pleased with the outcome. In fact I felt emotional as have been hiding my smile for many years. Thank you Chris and your dental nurse Shannon, I can`t stop smiling now.
